Greene Resources is seeking an Estimator to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
Assist the lead estimator with take-offs and job site visits
Prepare and review estimates for HVAC installations
Ensure accuracy and completeness of project bids
Communicate with project managers and clients to clarify project requirements
Identify and address potential challenges and pinch points in installations
Maintain thorough documentation and records of all estimates
Position Requirements:
Ability to understand and execute installation processes, including identifying nuances and potential challenges
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in estimating software and tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
