JCW Search is currently recruiting for an exciting search for a Director of Manufacturing to join a growing Pharmaceutical company based in East Windsor, NJ. This role reports directly to the VP of Operations and overseas the sterile manufacturing of the pharmaceutical products for the company.

Responsibilities:
Provides technical support for manufacturing execution
Drives efforts to optimize manufacturing processes and workflows
Serves as a technical subject matter expert in drug substances, drug product manufacturing, sterile filling, and/or packaging processes
Qualifications:
15+ years of aseptic manufacturing experience
Must have at least 8 years of leadership experience
Bachelor's Degree is required
