The Role:
Evaluate proposals, specifications, blueprints, and construction documents to understand the project as a whole.
Estimate time, labor, construction materials, and product costs to determine overall cost for construction projects.
Produce written proposals, cost estimates, budgets, and updates for clients and project managers, who you will be working closely with.
The Person:
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, accounting, construction management, or related field.
At least 2 years of civil estimating experience or 5 years of civil construction field experience.
Proficient in estimating software, such as HCSS, Bid2Win, or similar.
