Job Description
Product Development Engineer with a proven track record of delivering robust test solution for memory systems and sub-systems.
Responsible for ensuring the testability of complex systems and sub-systems from concept stage through high volume manufacturing
Make significant contributions to design, development, and validation of test capabilities
Evaluation, development, and debug of complex test methods and strategies
Analyzes and evaluates component specification versus performance to ensure optimal match of component requirements with production equipment capability with specific emphasis on yield analysis
Analyzes early factory data and customer returns with emphasis on driving test hole closure activities
Develop and monitor factory test qualification activities
Creates and applies concepts for optimizing system & sub-system production relative to both quality and cost constraints
Self-starter who can plan and schedule own daily tasks, develops solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgment
Qualifications
BS or MS Engineering degree in CPE, EEE, EE, or CS
Experience with NAND, SSD or related technology
Extensive understanding of Memory testers and test code environment, specifically C, C++ and Python
Strong level of understanding of the entire Semiconductor manufacturing flow Fab, Wafer Sort, Assembly, Test
6 or more years of experience working in test/product development or related field

For California, Colorado, New York, Washington, and remote roles: The compensation range for this role is $113,210 to $196,720. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
