Job Responsibilities
Assist the Regional Director to provide data analysis support for multiple warehouses, develop and formulate SOP processes based on local needs.
Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operating WMS and ERP system.
Utilize Process Monitors and Workflows on a daily basis.
Ensure timely movement and delivery of freight to customers.
Ensure documents are timely sent to the customer or broker for customs purposes.
Meet compliance at all times with regulations, and collaborate with other departments to solve problems
Understand department process flow inventory, outbound and inbound data, constantly looking for areas of improved efficiency.
Ensure all warehousing management standard operating procedures are followed and updated.
Overseas communications, timely responses to emails and requests (internal and external)
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain/Industrial Engineer/Technology Managent fields preferred •
Proactive and positive attitude, can take busniess travel frequently to NJ, GA, TX, CA, etc. • Excellent data analysis and system design capabilities •
Quick critical thinking and problem-solving abilities •
Ability to use computers, software, and other technology for inventory and communication purposes •
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills •
Have a passion for logistics and a desire to grow with our fantastic team •
