Must Have Technical/Functional Skills :
Technical proficiency with video conferencing app like MS Teams, WebEx, Zoom.
Solution designing experience of Conference room and device.
Able to quickly identify and resolve technical issues that may arise during video calls.
Knowledge of setting up video conferencing equipment including Polycom, Surface HUB, NEAT, Cisco, Crestron/Extron, Clickshare Camera, microphone and speakers.
Physical hardware experience with Modern Video Conference Room equipment
Network and Security protocols and configurations
Candidate must highlight specific examples of engineering and design, implementation, user education and support, technical troubleshooting support with the 3 Technology areas listed above as they relate to Video conferencing
Excellent Written and Verbal Skills
This resource will be the only layer of technical support and is responsible for user education and support
Must be a self-starter and highly motivated
Experience Required:
8+ years of experience is required.

Knowledge of AV equipment setup, configuration and troubleshooting is essential.
Understanding of network protocol, configuration and troubleshooting skills.
Knowledge of Data security, encryption and maintaining secure communication channel
Roles & Responsibilities:
Configure and administration video conference equipment including cameras, microphone and speakers.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for video conferencing issues, ensures minimal disruption during meeting
Perform regular maintenance and health checks on video conferencing system to ensure optimal performance
Train end users on how to use video conferencing tools and equipment.
Manage and troubleshoot network issues related to video conferencing, ensure stable and secure connections.
