Position: Systems Engineer (Hybrid Work Environment)
Key Responsibilities:
Design and Develop: Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to plan, design, develop, test, and document advanced software and hardware systems. Your contributions will support new product development, feature enhancements, customer demonstrations, and program advancements.
Analyze and Recommend: Review and interpret contractual documents such as specifications, statements of work, and technical manuals. Propose effective solutions that align with project requirements.
Test and Validate: Conduct comprehensive internal testing of software and hardware to ensure they meet all technical requirements. Oversee customer acceptance tests to maintain high-quality standards.
Innovation: Utilize your technical expertise to drive improvements in processes, code development, and overall team performance.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest industry advancements. Establish yourself as a domain expert and share your insights with the team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in developing complex, multidisciplinary systems, with a preference for backgrounds in avionics or aerospace.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to remain stationary for extended periods while operating a computer.
Frequent communication with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
Willingness to travel as necessary.
