Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Hardware Quality Engineer who is passionate about enhancing product quality and reliability in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proven track record in quality engineering, with a strong emphasis on performance outcomes in both development and production processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive continuous improvement initiatives that directly enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure quality standards are met throughout the entire product lifecycle.
Analyze performance data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.
Develop and implement robust quality assurance processes that lead to measurable improvements in product reliability.
Lead initiatives to achieve Lean Six Sigma performance metrics, focusing on defect reduction and process optimization.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Engineering with a demonstrated ability to deliver measurable results.
Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
Experience in strong QMS environments, prefer ISO background.
Certification as an ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or ASQ Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE) is a strong plus.
Proven experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies, including certifications, is highly desirable.
Performance Metrics:
Success will be measured by reductions in defect rates, improvements in product reliability, and overall contributions to quality improvement projects.
