If this describes you, please read on! Among the current openings, we're on the lookout for a Technical Program Manager to help deliver our next generation of aircraft. Reporting to the company's VP of Technology, this is a newly created, full-time position based in our Wilmington, Massachusetts headquarters. Some domestic and international travel will be required.

REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Project Management: define and scope projects and come up with realistic estimates for schedule and cost. Develop workflows to monitor progress and communicate it regularly to stakeholders. Be the liaison between internal and external teams and facilitate them working together.
  • Requirement definition: work with customers and the product team to define CONOPS and high-level requirements for new products and applications. Act as representative of the engineering team on discussions around requirements.
  • Testing and Standards: work with stakeholders to develop test plans, using aerospace standards and best practices. Develop processes to raise the bar on testing. Keep the team honest and accountable on the quality of their deliverables.
  • Collaboration and Support: Collaborate with other teams across the company. Support flight-test operations, marketing events, and customer demonstrations. Be a champion for better processes and practices across the company.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Qualifications: Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship and hold a bachelor's degree in engineering, with 5+ years of work experience in engineering, product development and/or project management.
  • Skills and Experience: Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills and customer focus. Good communicator. Experience with agile software development practices. Proven ability to lead, impact and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Resourceful Problem-Solver: You thrive in dynamic settings, leveraging your technical expertise and creative thinking to overcome challenges, continuously seeking out new knowledge and skills to enhance performance and deliver impactful results.
  • Proactive Innovator: you know how to take the initiative to identify opportunities for improvement and drive processes and projects with minimal supervision, demonstrating a keen ability to think strategically and execute tactically in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred Skills: Experience and interest in UAS or other robotics systems, familiar with Open-source development and life cycle, FAA Part 107 License.
