In this role, you will:
Lead Development Efforts: Take charge of designing and leading the development of APIs and integration projects, ensuring alignment with the company's standards and capabilities
Code Reviews: Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain high code quality and adherence to best practices
Team Management: Manage and mentor a team of developers, providing guidance on technical issues, project priorities, and development practices
Project Coordination: Collaborate with Scrum Masters, Product Managers, and other stakeholders to translate project requirements into actionable development tasks
Security, Stability, and Privacy: Oversee the implementation of security, stability, and privacy measures in all projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices
Enhancements: Focus on enhancing existing systems and integrations rather than developing new products, driving continuous improvement in system performance and reliability
The Perfect Candidate:
Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in .NET development, with a strong track record of leading development teams and managing complex projects
Technical Skills: Expertise in .NET technologies, container technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), and API development
Leadership: Proven experience in leading development teams, performing code reviews, and driving technical excellence
Project Management: Ability to coordinate with product owners and stakeholders, manage project priorities, and deliver high-quality enhancements
Security and Compliance: Knowledge of security, stability, and privacy best practices in software development
Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
