We are looking for an Austin, Tx, based Development Manager with a strong software engineering background, specializing in 3rd party integrations. This role will oversee hundreds of integrations and lead a global development team.
The ideal candidate is a Senior Developer who recently transitioned to Management.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain 3rd party integrations.
Contribute to hands-on coding with connectors.
Work with 3rd parties to develop partnerships and obtain necessary API documentation.
Capture and manage customer integration requirements.
Lead an offshore team in India and ensure project success.
Qualifications:
Prior experience as a Java software engineer with hands-on integration work.
Strong project management skills and experience with offshore teams.
Ability to manage 3rd party relationships and customer requirements.
