Job Title: Junior Data Analyst
Job Type: 6 Months contract
Location: Woodland Hills, CA. Hybrid. 1 day a week onsite is mandatory.
Rate: $30 to 32/hr on w2.

We are seeking a proactive and eager-to-learn Junior Data Analyst to a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of data analysis and visualization, with a strong desire to grow and develop their skills in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Utilize SQL for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
Work with relational databases to manage and analyze data.
Create and maintain PowerBI dashboards and reports to visualize data insights.
Translate business questions into data questions and provide actionable insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making.
Continuously learn and apply new data analysis techniques and tools.
Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of SQL and ETL processes.
Understanding of relational databases.
Experience with PowerBI or similar data visualization tools.
Ability to translate business questions into data questions.
Strong quantitative skills and the ability to examine work critically.
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
Some experience with Python is a plus.
