We are seeking a Technical Lead to work alongside the Functional Lead in developing and configuring a Dynamics 365 ERP solution. This individual must be capable of translating business requirements into technical solutions and ensuring the implementation aligns with client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Functional Lead to identify technical requirements.
Determine whether client needs will require custom development or configuration of Dynamics 365.
Lead technical workshops to gather and clarify requirements.
Work closely with the client and internal teams to ensure technical solutions are aligned with business objectives.
Provide technical expertise and input on Dynamics 365 ERP (Finance, Supply Chain, Process Manufacturing).
Requirements:
Expertise in Dynamics 365 ERP development and configuration.
Ability to ask the right questions to understand client technical needs.
Experience with both custom development and system configuration.
Strong communication skills and technical acumen.
Availability to travel up to 75% if required (mainly Houston and potentially Mexico).
