We are seeking a talented Application Lead with a minimum of 8 years of experience in application development and strong expertise in React.js and AngularJS to guide the design, development, and configuration of high-quality applications. The ideal candidate will be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) who can collaborate effectively with teams, manage project delivery, and make key decisions. As the primary point of contact, you will lead the development team, mentor team members, and ensure the success of the projects. Responsibilities:
Lead the development team in designing, building, and configuring innovative application solutions.
Act as the primary liaison between the development team and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure successful project delivery.
Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
Engage with multiple teams, making critical decisions on application design, architecture, and configuration.
Stay informed on the latest industry trends and best practices to continuously improve processes and ensure high-quality, efficient solutions.
Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance project delivery efficiency and application quality.
Must-Have Skills:
8 years of experience in application development, with expert proficiency in React.js and proven experience leading teams in developing web applications.
Advanced proficiency in AngularJS and a strong understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
Experience in Solution Architecture and Design & Build Enablement.
Ability to guide teams in complex problem-solving and decision-making while maintaining strong attention to detail.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Familiarity with additional front-end technologies.
Experience with cross-functional team management and working on large-scale projects.
Knowledge of continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
