Job Title: Senior React Developer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior React Developer to join our team for a banking sector client in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will have 8 years of experience in React development, with a strong emphasis on React Hooks and React Router. This hybrid position allows for a blend of remote and in-office work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop user-friendly, responsive web applications using React.js.
  • Utilize React Hooks for state management and side effects in functional components.
  • Implement routing solutions using React Router to create seamless navigation experiences.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and mockups into high-quality code.
  • Optimize components for maximum performance across a variety of web-capable devices and browsers.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure best practices in coding and design.
  • Work closely with backend developers to integrate APIs and ensure smooth data flow.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner, ensuring a high-quality user experience.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to continually improve product offerings.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in React development.
  • Strong proficiency in React.js, including React Hooks and React Router.
  • Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API).
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Note: Must have some experience on Geni AI

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the banking or financial services sector.
  • Knowledge of testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Enzyme) for unit and integration testing.
  • Familiarity with modern front-end build tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel).
  • Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices.
