We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior React Developer to join our team for a banking sector client in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will have 8 years of experience in React development, with a strong emphasis on React Hooks and React Router. This hybrid position allows for a blend of remote and in-office work.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop user-friendly, responsive web applications using React.js.
Utilize React Hooks for state management and side effects in functional components.
Implement routing solutions using React Router to create seamless navigation experiences.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and mockups into high-quality code.
Optimize components for maximum performance across a variety of web-capable devices and browsers.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure best practices in coding and design.
Work closely with backend developers to integrate APIs and ensure smooth data flow.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner, ensuring a high-quality user experience.
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to continually improve product offerings.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in React development.
Strong proficiency in React.js, including React Hooks and React Router.
Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API).
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+).
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and Agile methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
Strong communication skills and the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Note: Must have some experience on Geni AI
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the banking or financial services sector.
Knowledge of testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Enzyme) for unit and integration testing.
Familiarity with modern front-end build tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel).
Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices.
