Manage resource assignment, budget, scheduling, and scope prioritization through project plans and JIRA dashboards
Work through trade-offs when there are competing business demands
Act as Production single-point-of-contact and serve as primary liaison between Product Management, Creative Development, Technology, 3rd party vendors and offshore partners
Manage and work with cross discipline team members to validate project assumptions and review individual project plans with senior leadership
Insure all projects within channel are staying on schedule and budget
Act as primary escalation path for any production-related issues for assigned projects
Responsible for leading projects to on time, on budget delivery
Coordinate execution of the project across the Creative Development and Production, Technology and Business Development teams
Document the scope of work with help from cross discipline functional leads
Validate that scope can be completed within timeline and budget
Develop the project plan and schedule with cross discipline functional leads
Ensure every necessary step to complete project is accounted for in project plan
Clearly organize and forecast deliverables and dependencies
Ensure proactive scheduling of all aspects of the project delivery
Manage the full lifecycle of projects from requirements through launch and project close
Lead and manage estimation sessions with help from functional leads
Manage day-to-day tasks of US based and Offshore teams and have in-depth involvement to allow for early identification of potential risks and issues in order to proactively mitigate impacts
Manage project scope and execute internal and client change controls when additional requests for features or functionality are made
Review internal change control requests and provide recommendations to executive leadership
Escalate situations that may require Executive intervention
Manage project risks, issues, and next steps to ensure quality delivery
Maintain project quality ensuring quality metrics are within thresholds
Ensure on-time project deliverables submission internally and to the client
Responsible for obtaining client sign-off for all project deliverables
Provide weekly status reports and regular updates to internal and client leadership
Confidently lead, motivate, influence and drive progress
Work both collaboratively and independently while maintaining a high level of productivity
Must be able to work under tight timetables, evolving processes and pressure situations
Project Management tool experience - MS Project, JIRA etc.
Preferably has experience in managing custom development projects using Flutter, Angular and Java technologies
Must have experience managing offshore teams and 3rd party vendors
