Prior Experience of Implementing Cloud HCM Core Module & Help Desk • Prior experience of HCM Quarterly Patches impact analysis & validation • Prior Experience of Multi Region / Country Oracle HCM Configuration & Administration • Prior experience in customization (DFF and EFF), customization of reports, defining concurrent programs, defining value sets, defining form functions and functional setups. • Prior experience of conducting CRP (Conf room pilot) and fit gap analysis. • Expertise in development, implementation, and customization of Workflows Experienced with Full Project life cycle and well versed with agile & Waterfall Analysis • Prior experience of working with Oracle SR process for issue resolution & escalation • Familiar with Agile & Waterfall methodology. • Familiar with HCM ADP connector will be added advantages. • Prior knowledge of ORC, Talent, Compensation will advantage. • Prior experience of implementing, managing, provisioning security, and resolving security access problems will be advantages. • Prior experience of migrating to Redwood pages will be advantages
