Job Description:

Position Summary:

Sunseeker US, an Outdoor Power Equipment company is looking for a Technical Support/ Warranty Manager. This Charlotte, NC-based position will support company efforts in the growth of our Robotics and commercial 60V product lines, provide timely customer support for end users and dealers, and collaborate with field sales teams to provide solutions and guidance for any issues. You will work with our HQ team on action plans and provide timely feedback for new and current products. In addition, you will support any warehouse activities as well as company events/ programs.

Responsibilities:
  • Product Strategy: Collaborating with the engineering and design teams at our Headquarters to define the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for robotic mowers and OPE products. You'll conduct market research, analyze customer needs, and identify opportunities for innovation.

  • Inventory: Assist the Customer Service Department with managing 60 Volt and Robotic Mower parts stock and conducting regular physical inventory.

  • Servicing: Installing or updating new hardware in robotic mowers while ensuring they work correctly and safely. You'll provide repair, installation, and maintenance reports to ensure a high-quality customer experience.

  • Project Management: Leading the product development process from concept to launch. You'll define project timelines, set goals, and coordinate with different teams to ensure timely execution.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the customer support team to address customer issues, enhance user experience, and drive customer satisfaction.

  • Competitive Analysis: Conduct regular competitor analysis to stay updated on industry trends, benchmark against competitors, and identify opportunities for differentiation.

  • Organization: Organizing and optimizing warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management and flow of goods.

To excel in this role, you should have strong organizational skills and experience in product management. You should be a strategic thinker, problem solver, and have excellent communication and leadership skills.

Preferred:
  • Able to work with minimal supervision while using your technical judgment regarding complex tasks
  • Experience managing products for North American markets
  • Understanding of robotic technology
  • Experience working in a cross-functional environment
  • Be a communicator for our Shanghai Research and Experimental Development R&D Team
  • Eligible to travel to the HQ in China for a factory tour
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel

Soft Skills:
  • Ability to work in a startup company that is fast-paced and dynamic
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite/365
  • Ability to lift/push 50lbs
