Job Description: Maintain the company Middletown HVAC, Freezer and Refrigeration Units. Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on production, utility, and facility equipment. This involves all necessary documentation and data collection associated w/performing calibrations/ preventive maintenance work and validations of production equipment.
Job Title: HVAC Refrigeration Engineer
Duration: 12 months
Job Location: Middletown, VA
Work Schedule: Onsite
Pay Rate: $36 - $38 Hourly
Job Responsibilities • Maintain the company Middletown HVAC, Freezer and Refrigeration Units. • Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on production, utility, and facility equipment. This involves all necessary documentation and data collection associated w/performing calibrations/ preventive maintenance work and validations of production equipment. • Capable of interpreting and executing mechanical plans, reading technical drawings, drafts and sketches. • Work independently in performing various tasks. • Assist other multi-craft maintenance personnel to resolve technical issues. • Document all equipment modifications for drawing revision. • Make recommendations for equipment and process improvements • Comply with all industry standard and company specific safety regulations. • Follow all procedures to assure compliance with all regulatory requirements (i.e., GMP). • Ability to navigate and be proficient with required job functions associated w/maintaining/modifying data base CMMS (Blue Mountain Regulatory Asset Management) • Recognize and be accountable for the calibration/Preventive maintenance requirements • Perform other duties as assigned
Education:
High School Diploma or GED is required.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience with HVAC, refrigeration, and freezer units in an industrial environment.
