Blue Sky is seeking several experienced ServiceNow Administrators and Implementation
Specialists to support a new requirement supporting a DoD client with maintenance and
development of their ServiceNow environment with expertise in the areas of ITSM, ITAM, HRSD, and
SPM.
Responsibilities: • Optimize existing and develop new service catalog offerings and associated ?ows with a focus
on continual improvement and automation. • Leverage Flow Designer to further mature the service catalog and migrate away from work?ows. • Provide technical guidance on existing work?ows for streamlining and improved efficiencies. • Identify inefficiencies to ultimately implement areas of automation. • Participate in the upgrade cycle of ServiceNow, including testing via the use of the Automated
Test Framework. • Support the design of custom catalog items, working with business partners and the Service
Catalog manager and Product Manager for implementation. • Maintain an ongoing knowledge of the ServiceNow product, version upgrades, enhancements,
new features, etc.
Quali?cations: • 7+ years of expertise in delivering services via ServiceNow for projects of various sizes and
subject matter • 5+ years of experience delivering ServiceNow implementation support to federal customers • Experience developing and maintaining work?ows using Flow Designer • At least two prior support and enhancements projects as a functional or technical lead and one
hands-on ServiceNow implementation project as a functional or technical lead • Experience with scripting and con?guration of ServiceNow • Pro?cient in the Microsoft Office 365 suite including Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Certi?cations: • ServiceNow Certi?ed Implementation Specialist in one or more of the identi?ed specialty
areas (ITSM, ITAM, HRSD, or SPM) AND current TS/SCI clearance required
