Role Description:

As a growing company, we are excited to expand our team and continue our success. We are currently seeking a Senior Business Support Analyst to join our dynamic Purchasing team. This pivotal role requires expertise in Blue Yonder's Demand and Fulfillment software, and you will work closely with the Replenishment Team on a daily basis. The position involves deep knowledge of processes, programming, and end-user functions, as well as serving as the in-house expert for resources and training.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in IS/IT management field
  • Three to five years of experience in same or similar field
  • Extensive knowledge and experience with Blue Yonder's Demand and Fulfillment software
  • Knowledge of other replenishment software capabilities is a plus.
  • Experience with any two or more technologies like DOT NET, C, COBOL, JCL, UNIX, CICS, TSO, CONTROL-M, IMS is preferable.
  • Must be willing to travel for Company related functions as needed - requirements may vary
  • Must be able to work in person at the Orgill corporate office

Responsibilities:
  • Knowledge with Supply Chain processes and solutions which are global in nature, integrated with other process areas, scalable, flexible and follows industry best practices. Process improvements may range from reduced keystrokes, reduced handoffs, centralized data, reduced delays, freeing resources faster, or combining similar activities.
  • Serve as a solution integrator with strong hands-on expertise with leading ERP applications and other supply chain systems.
  • Lead cross-functional projects with focus on process/change management to ensure all teams are tracking to project Milestones, Deliverables, KPI/Service Level Agreements.
  • Serve as a business escalation point of contact for end users including outages impacting productivity and company revenue.
  • Coordinates training activities for the end users.
  • Develops, maintains, and updates all relevant documentation such as test scripts, training materials, business process documentation, macros, etc.
  • Complete projects as presented by the Corporate Orgill team.
  • Take initiative to identify improvements in D&F and include Orgill Leadership Team.
  • Responds to questions and requests for information from internal/external customers.
  • Performs other duties as assigned or required.
