WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
This is a mid-level HRIS Developer
Maintain, upgrade, build, and enhance the HRIS, currently UKG UltiPro.
Oversee and directly participate in the implementation of a new Workforce Management solution.
Lead RFPs, exploration, and implementation of all HR connected systems.
Will own the applications used by our Human Resources department, including HRIS, Time Clocks, Workforce Management, and process automation.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
3-5 years of experience in HRIS development experience
Preference given to candidates with experience and consuming REST API's
Experience building, maintaining, and integrating enterprise software
Expertise in one or more modern programming languages, including Java.
Proven track record in implementing process automation using various tools.
