We are currently looking for responsible, dedicated and detail oriented Rubber Lining Foreman to join our Rail Division in Cleveland, TX.

Responsibilities
You'll love coming to work every day if you have the capacity to:
Direct or coordinate production, processing, and shipping/receiving activities
Disseminate work instructions and quality procedures to lead liners
Train and evaluate staff and/or resolve personnel grievances
Schedule shop and field projects
Review schedules and orders to manage inventory, staffing, and procedures.
Develop or implement production tracking and quality control systems to detect production problems.
Set and monitor product standards ensuring prescribed quality
Prepare and maintain production reports or personnel records
Coordinate facility and equipment maintenance or modifications.
Initiate or coordinate inventory and cost control programs
Maintain current knowledge on quality control advancements and literature.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of tank car experience required.
Experience with rubber linings required.
High school diploma or G.E.D.
Valid Texas driver's license.
Candidates must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
Knowledge of machines and tools, including their design, use, repair, and maintenance.
Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and techniques for maximizing effective manufacturing and distribution of goods.
Demonstrated ability to lead, coordinate, and motivate a team to accomplish work activities effectively.
Knowledge of safety standards and procedures, maintaining a safe work environment, especially in industrial settings
Proficiency in documentation and record-keeping
