We are partnered with a well known company that is seeking a Sr. Director of Treasury. The position is on-site 4 days per week in West LA.
Salary: $190-$250k
Responsibilities:
Ownership of debt covenant compliance package
Deep knowledge of and experience with credit agreements and debt capital markets
Design and implement systems to streamline efficiencies
Manage team of 2
Oversee debt administration
Assist with capital structure strategy, planning and execution
Manage lender relations
Develop and maintain working capital and free cash flow forecast
Manage debt activity
Manage foreign exchange risk management program and policies
Required Qualifications:
15+ years of progressive experience
3+ years of experience leading a team
Bachelor's degree in finance or related field
MS Finance preferred
CFA preferred
Large company experience
Capital market transaction experience
