Job Responsibilities: This position will continuously seek to identify and implement process improvements.
Collect, analyze, develop and monitor annual budgets
Assist in monthly forecasting updates
Work with various departments across the organization to identify reporting needs
Assist in creating and maintaining dashboards to monitor key performance indicators
Provide financial analysis and support for investment decisions.
Identify and implement improvements to financial systems, tools, and processed
Support and assist in various ad hoc projects as requested
Work Hours: This is a full-time position that will report to the Financial Budgeting Controller, interact with the accounting team, other departments and ownership.
Qualifications:
3+ years of relevant experience in Accounting/Finance.
Experience with Power BI preferred
Required: Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, Master's degree a plus.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to prioritize and manage competing tasks
Must be able to work and participate in a team environment
Must have a working knowledge of GAAP.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good analytical judgment and problem-solving skills while demonstrating high ethical standards.
