The Senior Manager of Corporate Strategy (Business Analysis) leads the Business Strategy, Data Science, and Web Analytics teams at TJX Digital, U.S. This individual manages 2+ Mangers and oversees a team of Analysts in assisting TJX's Senior Leadership with identifying and developing new strategic opportunities as well as conducting ad-hoc analyses. This position requires the person to engage directly with Senior Management across the organization, including C-suite Executives as well as Senior Management of the respective divisions within TJX. A successful candidate will be able to clearly demonstrate the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously that will be reviewed by Senior Executives. Further, the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the ability to think critically, analyze effectively and communicate efficiently.
A list of sample projects include:
Develop long range financial projections with detailed and rigorous scenario analyses and sensitivities
Evaluate prospective capital investments and provide recommendations to senior leadership
Analyze cost saving opportunities
Identify, design, and analyze tests to provide insights on complex business problems
Partner with C-Suite executives on presentations and strategic messaging
Analyze profitability and business case for new Real Estate sites, including new market analysis
Research and develop thought pieces on key trends within segments of retail
Requirements include but are not limited to:
A minimum of 7 years Finance experience, including management consulting, investment banking experience, FP&A, and/or business analytics
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics or related field
MBA or Master's Degree in Finance preferred
Experience leading data science or analytics teams a plus
Extensive knowledge and skill with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
Past success with effectively partnering with multiple operating units within a corporation
Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple engagements and manage rapidly changing assignments in a team environment
A critical thinker who can quickly evaluate and analyze initiatives and financial projections
Excellent analytical, quantitative and problem solving skills
Ability to translate complex analyses to actionable business insights for leadership
High level of attention to detail
Ability to work effectively with senior professionals
Ability to work with multiple business disciplines

This position has a starting salary range of $124,800 to $162,200 per year.
Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
This position is eligible for an annual incentive as well as long-term incentives.
