LHH has a Director of FP&A role open with a rapidly growing company in Greensboro, NC. The ideal candidate will work directly with senior leadership to establish budgets and forecasts and provide thorough analysis to support company initiatives. Strong technical skills and ability with Power BI and Excel are a must.
Responsibilities and Qualifications:
BS in Accounting or Finance
8 + years of experience in finance and financial analysis
Lead budgeting and forecasting process
Participate in month end close and variance analysis
Work with leadership team to drive company initiatives
