The Director of Rev Ops is responsible for leading a cross-functional team to design and execute strategic initiatives that maximize the overall profitability of Meyer Lab. By improving commercial processes, facilitating data-driven decision making, and taking on administrative tasks previously owned by the sales force, the RevOps team directly impacts and improve Meyer Lab's efficiency.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Lead the Meyer Lab pipeline management process by facilitating pipeline management cadences across go to market teams and holding internal stakeholders accountable for pipeline/CRM cleanliness to drive accurate forecasts.
Drive the annual sales planning process in partnership with executive leadership to develop aggressive but attainable growth targets.
Design and lead initiatives in pursuit of commercial excellence with partnership from the executive leadership team and front-line stakeholders across Business Development, Sales and Service.
Create data-driven recommendations to optimize the sales process and develop programs to increase overall selling effectiveness.
Provide executive oversight and direction on commercial technology and data strategy.
Manage and mentor a cross-functional team of specialists across analytics, technology, and operational enablement.
Education / Work Experience & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in relevant area of study preferred
Minimum of 8 years of experience in Revenue or Sales Operations role
Previous experience in chemical manufacturing or related industry a plus
Proven track record of developing and delivering strategic initiatives across commercial organizations
Previous experience leading individual contributors across technology, enablement and data analytics roles
Ability to provide ongoing coaching and support to junior and senior team members
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Travel & Physical Requirements
Minimal Travel
Desk and computer work required.
Lifting required up to 50 lbs.
