Reporting to the Digital Marketing Lead, you'll have the opportunity to create content that connects with people, shares the experiences of families and nurses, and helps grow our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Storytelling: You'll write inspiring content that brings our mission to life, sharing the real stories of the families and nurses who are shaping the future of childcare. Whether it's blog posts, newsletters, or social media, you'll be our storyteller.
Market Research & Thought Leadership: Dive deep into market trends and competitor stories to bring fresh ideas to the table, positioning Nurses to Nannies as a leader in the childcare and healthcare space.
Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep an eye on the latest digital trends in media, journalism, and marketing, and help us stay ahead in how we tell our story.
Qualifications:
Strong writing and editing skills, with a knack for telling stories that resonate.
Comfort with analytics platforms to measure how content is performing and make adjustments as needed.
Ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, startup environment.
Passion for content creation, digital media, healthcare, childcare, or startups is a plus.
