Job Description:

Position Summary

The Conversion Optimization Analyst will drive the strategic optimization of the company's website, enhancing user experience and increasing conversion rates through data-driven testing, personalization strategies, and deep user behavior analysis. This role directly impacts online sales growth by improving key performance metrics such as conversion rates and customer retention.

Essential Functions and Accountabilities
  • Conversion rate improvement (measured monthly/quarterly)
  • Increase in average order value (AOV)
  • Reduction in bounce rates
  • Customer lifetime value (CLV) growth
  • Successful execution of A/B and multivariate tests
  • Reduction in cart abandonment rates
  • Time on site and engagement metrics
  • Support decision-making regarding website optimization strategies by analyzing data and recommending actionable improvements.
  • Generating and analyzing data from the website and passing insights to marketing, sales, and product teams to inform broader business strategies
  • Manage and refine the web optimization process, implementing A/B tests, and feeding results into broader digital marketing strategies.

Education and Experience Requirements
  • 2-4 years' experience web conversion and optimization
  • Bachelor's in marketing, IT, Data science or similar
  • Certifications in google analytics, CRO, UX/UI and A/B testing preferred

Preferred Qualifications
  • Requires fast-paced responsiveness to ongoing performance analysis and frequent test execution to improve site metrics.
  • Ability to collaborate with design, content, and development teams as necessary to implement strategies.
  • Ability to navigate diverse customer behavior, interpreting data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Experience working in internet/ecommerce environment preferred.
  • Direct Response Marketing background is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills. - Deep understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) tools and techniques. - Collaboration skills to work effectively across departments. - Creativity and innovation in approaching optimization challenges. - Adaptability and problem-solving in a dynamic digital environment. - Results-driven with a focus on continuous testing and improvement
