remodeling companies in the U.S. We specialize in windows, roofing, siding,
and custom entry doors. As we expand into Austin, TX, we are looking for a
seasoned Director of Marketing to oversee and manage our door-to-door

Position Summary
The Director of Marketing will lead our door-to-door canvassing team,
driving lead generation and appointment-setting efforts in the Austin
market. This individual will be responsible for managing, mentoring, and
scaling the canvassing team and training new marketing classes to meet
performance goals.
This role requires a 2-3-month training period at our corporate office in
Denver, CO. The company will cover travel and living expenses during this
period.
Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement door-to-door marketing strategies to generate
high-quality leads for the sales team. • Manage and scale a team of canvassers, providing training, coaching, and
motivation to ensure team success. • Lead the training of new marketing classes to maintain a consistent
pipeline of skilled marketers. • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess team
productivity and implement adjustments to meet targets. • Collaborate with corporate marketing and sales teams to ensure a
seamless lead-to-sales pipeline. • Conduct regular field audits to ensure compliance with canvassing
standards and optimize team performance. • Drive the recruiting and onboarding process for new canvassers. • Ensure the canvassing team maintains a positive and professional brand
image in the Austin market. • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies as
needed.
Requirements • 4-6 years of door-to-door canvassing experience, with at least 2 years
managing a team. • Proven track record of successfully managing and scaling door-to-door
canvassing teams. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and hold team
members accountable. • Experience in training and onboarding new team members or classes. • Analytical mindset with the ability to track performance metrics and adjust
strategies accordingly. • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced,
growing environment. • Experience in exterior remodeling or home improvement industries is a
plus. • Must be based in Austin, TX, or willing to relocate.
