Our client, a fragrance brand, is seeking a Associate Marketing Manager to join their team in office in Miami.
Job Duties Include:
Develop and manage brand strategies, including forecasting, pricing, etc.
Create and maintain a marketing calendar and design collateral elements
Review and approve artwork to ensure items are correct before finalization and print
Collaborate on promotional materials, such as gift sets and gift-with-purchase items
Assist in developing key retailer and marketing presentations
Coordinate with internal and external partners for planning all launch details
Manage timelines for new product launches and other promotional programs from concept to shelf-ready
Monitor and analyze the competitive marketplace through market visits and trade magazines
Job Qualifications Include:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
3+ years of progressive marketing experience in the beauty category
Fragrance experience is a plus
Experience with media/digital advertising is a plus
Start-up experience is a plus
Strong analytical skills and leadership abilities
Ability to manage details and multitask projects under tight deadlines
Ability to present and manage executive-level meetings
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations
Salary: $70k-$80k annually
