This event will be taking place in DTLA and West Hollywood on Tuesday, October 8th and Wednesday, October 9th
Tuesday, October 8th: Falloween Prep Day
Call Times: 10AM - 6:30PM
We will need 16 interns to arrive at our CLD office in DTLA from 10am-6:30pm. Tasks may include, but are not limited to: event prep & production, running errands, and admin assistance. Further details will be provided if hired.
Wednesday, October 9th: Falloween Event Day
SHIFT ONE: 11AM SHARP - 5PM
We are looking for 20 interns to join our dynamic team for an exclusive PR event in West Hollywood from 11am-5pm. You'll have the opportunity to work behind the scenes and gain valuable experience from industry leaders. Tasks may include, but are not limited to: event setup and production, curating and merchandising fashion and beauty brand displays, organizing back stock, styling event photo moments, running errands, providing administrative assistance, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the event. Further details will be provided if hired.
SHIFT TWO: 5PM SHARP - 2AM
We are looking for 20 interns to join our dynamic team for an exclusive PR event in West Hollywood from 5pm-2am. You'll have the opportunity to work behind the scenes and gain valuable experience from industry leaders. Tasks may include, but are not limited to: event setup and production, merchandising beauty and fashion brand displays, organizing back stock, creating engaging social media content, running errands, providing administrative assistance, assisting influencers in capturing the perfect photo moments, artist management, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the event. As well as greeting, assisting, and retrieving selections for event guests. Further details will be provided if hired.
While it is not required to work all shifts, working multiple days will be encouraged and will 100% be more likely to be chosen for this role.
