We are partnering with our Portland, OR global sportswear client to recruit a Marketing and Analytics Coordinator to join their team on a permanent, direct hire basis. This role is a blend of cross-functional support for various internal teams, analysis of marketing and company data, and program coordination for swag, partnerships and influencer marketing campaigns. You'll work directly with company and department leadership to support and ultimately own initiatives related to data organization and analysis, so it's critical that you have an interest in numbers and data, and excellent organizational skills. This team has seen excellent growth and continues to grow their team, client base and market share! They are looking for an enthusiastic and organized team player in this role who can help further streamline processes and keep this function organized. This is a HYBRID opportunity in Portland, OR, and the company will pay for parking or transit into the office. They provide a robust benefits plan and other unique perks, and compensation for this role ranges from $50,000 to $65,000 annually, dependent on level of relevant experience.

You will:
  • Serve as a support function for the marketing team, specifically focused on data management and organization with a goal of growing into analytics
  • Coordinate the company's sports marketing program, working with athlete partners, influencers, team and similar contacts to mitigate swag requests, custom apparel projects, content and similar, streamlining communications and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Review, enter and optimize large data sets with a goal of making campaign data more digestible
  • Support other marketing and analytical duties, as needed

Your experience should include:
  • 1+ year(s) of marketing, sales or analytics support experience with an excitement about and comfort in data-driven work
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (potentially flexible for additional experience)
  • Strong Excel skills; Experience in SAP or other ERPs, CRM tools or similar is highly preferred
  • Excellent communications skills with the ability to consistently liaise between company leaders, departments, clients, athletes, influencers and similar
  • A passion for the world of sports
