Job Description:

Our client is a leading luxury brand with over $300 million in overall revenue, known for delivering exceptional products and experiences with a commitment to innovation, quality, and sustainability. They are seeking a "hands-on" Senior Vice President of Digital and eCommerce to lead their global digital strategy and operations. Working closely with senior leadership, this SVP will be responsible for driving the company's online presence, optimizing the customer experience, and ensuring growth across all digital platforms.

This role is a "hybrid" model, of work both in office, as well as from home / remotely.

Responsibilities:
  • Own and manage the global eCommerce P&L, including sales targets, marketing budgets, and profitability forecasting.
  • Lead all aspects of digital marketing, site optimization, merchandising, and customer acquisition/retention strategies.
  • Oversee owned eCommerce platforms, marketplace platforms, and collaborate on retailer.com strategies with wholesale teams.
  • Develop and implement growth strategies to drive traffic, improve conversion, and maximize profitability.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and optimize internal processes, including customer service and loyalty programs.
  • Collaborate closely with the digital marketing team to execute paid social, email/SMS, SEO, and affiliate marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure seamless site performance across regional platforms with a focus on user experience (UX/UI) and site security.
  • Analyze performance metrics and present insights to senior leadership, driving continuous improvement.
  • Stay ahead of emerging eCommerce trends and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:
  • 7-10+ years of experience in eCommerce and digital leadership, with a strong background in fashion or beauty preferred.
  • Proven expertise in developing and executing successful global eCommerce strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, retention marketing, and web analytics.
  • Experience with eCommerce platforms, especially Shopify, and managing international teams.
  • Hands-on leadership style, with the ability to coach and mentor teams while driving strategic outcomes.
  • Solid understanding of UX/UI best practices and experience optimizing customer journeys.
  • Familiarity with global data regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and compliance requirements.
