SkyBridge Luxury & Associates has partnered with an iconic hotel in Washington, DC to source an exceptional Marketing Manager. This role will support the Director of Sales & Marketing and will be responsible for managing and executing marketing campaigns to support the hotel's sales efforts and food & beverage outlets. For the right candidate this role provides a path towards a Director of Marketing role in 12-18 months.
Responsibilities
Develop marketing strategies aligned with business goals
Conduct market research to identify trends and campaign opportunities
Develop and execute marketing campaigns utilizing all available and relevant communication channels
Collaborating with counterparts across departments to ensure effective communication and buy-in
Manage and monitor marketing budgets ensuring effective and efficacious resource allocation and utilization
Guard the brand. Ensure constituency of brand voice and image across all channels
Manage and monitor 3rd party vendors: Social media & Public Relations
Collaborate with home office on corporate level campaigns: CRM, email, SEO, SEM
Create brand-aligned partnerships with exciting companies and organizations
Develop events and experiences to more deeply engage existing audience and to capture new audience
Plan and execute seasonal tent-pole events
Qualifications
2-5 years of hospitality marketing experience
Luxury hotel experience preferred
Well-rounded knowledge of all marketing channels.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Must be proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Must be able to multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines
