Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and creative Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts across social media platforms and our e-commerce platform. This role will require expertise in content creation, community engagement, influencer collaborations, and collaboration with internal teams on design and photoshoots. The ideal candidate is proficient in content editing and can manage multi-channel campaigns. A background in Shopify, merchandising, and email marketing is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, focusing on community engagement and growth.
  • Develop community-driven campaigns to foster strong connections with customers, influencers, ambassadors, affiliates, and brand advocates.
  • Create and edit content (including video) for social platforms, ensuring all content aligns with brand messaging and goals.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Director and Graphic Designer to execute design needs via Canva and other tools.
  • Plan and attend photoshoots, ensuring all marketing materials are aligned with the brand's creative vision. This includes coordinating logistics and prepping for out-of-state shoots as necessary.
  • Work with influencers and community members to develop partnerships that boost brand visibility and authenticity.
  • Manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, integrating social, digital, and traditional marketing efforts.
  • Mentor and lead interns, fostering a collaborative environment and helping to develop future marketing talent.
  • Oversee email marketing campaigns and work with the team to optimize performance (experience with email platforms is a plus).
  • Track and report on key marketing metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.
  • Shopify management: Assist with merchandising, product launches, and eCommerce optimization strategies.

  • Social Media Expertise: Deep understanding of social platforms, with a focus on community-building and audience engagement.
  • Content Creation & Video Editing: Proficiency in producing and editing visual content for social media, especially videos.
  • People Skills: Strong interpersonal abilities to build relationships with influencers, community members, and internal teams.
  • Design Collaboration: Experience working with design tools like Canva and collaborating with creative teams.
  • Campaign Management: Ability to lead and execute multi-channel campaigns, tracking performance across platforms.
  • Photography and Event Coordination: Experience in preparing for and attending photoshoots, with the flexibility to travel as needed.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead and mentor junior staff and interns.
  • Shopify and Merchandising: Experience managing eCommerce platforms like Shopify, including product management and merchandising.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to track, measure, and report on KPIs to ensure continuous improvement in marketing efforts.

Qualifications:
  • MUST LIVE IN PHOENIX, ARIZONA - out of state applicants will not be considered.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on social media, community management, and content creation.
  • Proficiency in video editing tools like CapCut and design platforms such as Canva.
  • Experience managing social media channels and developing content strategies for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Ability to work with influencers and manage partnerships with affiliates and brand ambassadors.
  • Experience working with Shopify for eCommerce management and merchandising is a plus.
  • Knowledge of email marketing platforms is advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel for photoshoots and campaign initiatives.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
