Key Responsibilities
As the Project Manager, you will:
Collaborate with the Program Development team daily, supporting new program development through transition management and scheduling techniques.
Lead project planning and implementation activities, including gathering requirements, identifying project teams, creating schedules, tracking progress, and reporting results.
Work across multiple teams to ensure seamless integration of studio and marketing initiatives within the business.
Develop partnerships with key stakeholders in Marketing, Creative, Strategy/Planning, Finance, and Technology to ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with business goals.
Help shape the workflow for Marketing and GBI projects, partnering with Marketing Technology on tools and process development.
Requirement:
8+ years of experience in project management, strategy, or a related field.
A Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Marketing Operations, Photo, or a related field.
Proven experience in portfolio management and delivering large-scale, cross-functional programs from strategy to execution.
Expertise in using tools like Airtable and Excel to guide workflows and track project progress.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to challenge the status quo.
A self-directed work ethic and a proven ability to thrive in ambiguous environments.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a results-oriented mindset.
Ability to build strong relationships and foster trust with cross-functional teams.
A curiosity-driven mindset, with the ability to stay calm under pressure and navigate a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
PM certifications (PMP or equivalent).
Experience with tools like Figma and Keynote.
Background in photo production or studio environments.
