Job Duties:

• Review and analyze past social media content to identify top-performing posts and themes
• Assess performance metrics such as engagement, reach, and conversions to inform future content strategies
• Brainstorm fresh, creative ideas for social media posts and campaigns based on audience insights
• Write engaging hooks and captions tailored for different platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
• Monitor social media trends and audience preferences to stay ahead
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content to maximize reach and engagement with our target audience
• Assist in editing and repurposing existing content to maximize performance
• Provide recommendations on improving social media content, storytelling, and overall brand voice

Required Skills:

• Excellent Verbal Communication skills
• Currently pursuing a degree in Digital Media or related major
• Strong understanding of social media platforms
• Passion for content creation and social media trends
• Excellent writing skills, with a focus on crafting catchy, engaging hooks and captions
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret new content ideas aligned with brand goals
• Basic knowledge of social media tools and analytics platforms
• Self-motivated and able to work in results-driven environment
