Our client is a leading luxury beauty & cosmetics brand dedicated to delivering exceptional products and experiences with a commitment to innovation, quality, and sustainability that has positioned them as a trusted name in the beauty industry. They are seeking a Senior Manager of Affiliate Marketing to join their team to design, lead, execute and optimize their affiliate marketing program.
This role is based out of their Culver City, CA office and has a "hybrid" model, of work both in office, as well as from home / remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and optimize the affiliate marketing program to drive traffic, customer acquisition, and revenue.
Identify / recruit new affiliates and partnerships to expand the program's reach and effectiveness.
Write influencer briefs to support key marketing campaigns / ensure brand alignment.
Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, providing support and resolving issues to maximize performance.
Monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics, offering regular reporting and insights to enhance the program.
Create & execute on strategic plans to optimize the affiliate program in line with marketing and business objectives.
Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging promotional materials and campaigns for affiliates.
Manage the affiliate marketing budget, including forecasting, allocation, and monitoring of expenses to ensure profitability and return on investment (ROI).
Ensure the affiliate program adheres to industry regulations as well as company policies.
Requirements
A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (a Master's degree is preferred).
Hands-on experience in affiliate marketing with a proven track record of managing successful programs.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data, analyze performance metrics, & make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
Experience managing a marketing budget and understanding profit and loss statements.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
Knowledge of affiliate marketing platforms and tools.
