As an Associate Marketing Manager, E-commerce at KLIM, you will ensure our B2C and B2B platforms are running smoothly, featuring accurate product information and seamless functionality. You will play a crucial role in developing, deploying, and optimizing subscriber acquisition campaigns across various digital marketing channels. Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee email and SMS marketing channel performance to drive customer acquisition, retention, and reduce churn.
  • Increase conversion and traffic on KLIM.com and dealer.KLIM.com by optimizing site UI/UX for enhanced user experience.
  • Develop and execute a retail strategy based on seasonal objectives for all digital properties.
  • Manage KLIM's online dealer portal, ensuring all content, including product images, content blocks, and banners, is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Own product launches on KLIM.com, validate data, and merchandise new products.
  • Optimize campaigns via A/B and multivariate testing of creative, landing pages, and email audience targeting.
  • Consistently monitor and analyze email and SMS channel KPIs, proposing and implementing strategies to achieve growth objectives.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to identify and update photos and other visual content.
  • Assist with website training, sales aids, and document maintenance in the dealer tool.
  • Work with third-party developers on project management for site upgrades and new features.
  • Monitor and analyze daily trends and new opportunities in website design and functionality.
  • Assist with digital marketing and other marketing department needs as required.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree OR 4+ years of relevant work experience.
  • 3+ years of experience using Google Analytics.
  • 3+ years of experience managing products on an e-commerce web platform.
  • 3+ years of experience in email marketing/SMS channel management and CRM.
  • Familiarity with Netsuite, Suitecommerce Advanced (SCA), Klaviyo, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Proven ability to analyze data, optimize email and SMS channel performance, and implement testing and innovation strategies.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines independently.
  • Passion for creating meaningful user experiences online and a strong analytical skill set.
