Position Summary

The Brand Marketing Manager will play a critical role in developing and managing the Stickler Properties brand, its messaging, and related assets. This position will work closely with the broader marketing team to execute communication strategies that shape public perception and drive brand success. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the ideal candidate will be a creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized individual skilled in collaboration and strategic thinking.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Brand Strategy Development: Create and implement a comprehensive brand strategy that defines the organization's identity, values, and market positioning.
  • Brand Voice & Guidelines: Establish clear brand voice and guidelines to maintain a cohesive brand experience across all communications.
  • Multichannel Integration: Ensure consistent brand standards across various campaign assets, including advertising, social media, events, sales materials, and digital marketing content.
  • Team Collaboration: Lead team production and prioritization processes to ensure seamless collaboration, effective production forecasting, and timely delivery of projects.
  • Performance Measurement: Collaborate with the marketing and data analytics teams to measure and report on brand and content goals.
  • Content Alignment: Work with the marketing team to ensure that all content is aligned with business objectives and is measurable for impact.
  • AI Leverage: Learn and integrate relevant AI technologies to enhance brand and content development efficiency, while advocating for effective usage within the organization.
  • Process Establishment: Develop processes for brand consistency and efficiency across all departments.
  • Internal Communication: Ensure colleagues are well-informed about brand and communication strategies, enabling them to utilize brand guidance effectively.
  • Budget Management: Allocate and manage budgets for brand and content activities to optimize resource use.
  • Market Research: Conduct competitive benchmarking, market research, and analysis of industry trends and customer preferences to keep the brand positively differentiated in the marketplace.
  • Compliance: Develop branding and communication processes in compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including copyright, trademark, and advertising standards.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
  • Experience: 8+ years in marketing, with experience in a start-up or agency environment welcomed.
  • Communication Skills: Strong internal and external communication skills, including experience working closely with executives.
  • Goal Setting & Analytics: Proficient in setting KPIs, reporting, and utilizing analytics to drive strategic decisions.
  • Branding Expertise: Substantial experience in marketing, branding, and communications.
  • Leadership Experience: Previous experience in leadership or management roles, with a track record of successfully leading projects.
  • Written & Verbal Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and strategies clearly and persuasively
