Job Description:

11:11 Media is looking for an experienced and versatile Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate has experience developing and executing marketing campaigns, supporting strategic partnerships and developing processes for effective team coordination. The Marketing Manager should be equally proficient with day-to-day marketing activities and long-term strategizing, have strong creative instincts, a data-obsessed mind and have a willingness to roll up their sleeves and execute under tight deadlines. They should have a passion for storytelling, pop culture and community building.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns across 11:11 verticals, media projects (tv, music, audio, etc.), consumer products, brand partnerships, and Impact programs.
  • Work cross functionally to develop marketing calendars and processes to organize all licensing partner and brand partner deliverables and campaign execution and recaps.
  • Lead deck creation for partner pitch materials, internal communication of marketing campaigns, and recap decks for partners.
  • Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
  • Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.
  • Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly.
  • Coordinate marketing materials and operations with media & music, licensing and brand partners.
  • Liaise with legal partners on marketing campaign and creative partner dealmaking

Skills and qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or related field.
  • Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
  • Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.
  • Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy.
  • Proven success in designing interactive applications and networking platforms.
