We are seeking a Category Lead / Sourcing Manager with marketing procurement experience to manage procurement of Marketing and Advertising Technology Services and will be responsible for driving global category strategies, conducting negotiations, managing supplier relationships, and working cross-functionally with legal, finance, and media teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute global sourcing strategies for Media & Advertising Technology categories.
Lead RFx processes, contract negotiations, pricing, and supplier relationship management.
Collaborate with stakeholders (legal, finance, media) to align sourcing strategies with business objectives.
Use data and market analysis to identify and implement sourcing opportunities.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
Ensure project timelines, cost savings, and performance targets are met.
Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in marketing procurement and sourcing, including experience with large-scale negotiations.
Expertise in contract negotiations, strategic sourcing, and stakeholder management.
Experience with supplier relationship management (SRM) and industry best practices.
Engineering or supply chain background and Experience with media sourcing in marketing would be preferred.
PMP or CMP certification is a plus.
