General Job Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with factories, service agents and customers to efficiently solve issues as they arise.
Efficiently and accurately communicate order information, availability, pricing, customer tracking, and general information to manufacturers and sales representatives.
Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
Solve problems with a sense of urgency.
Manage acknowledgments and invoices in our CRM system.
Answer phones, providing customers with a courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient experience.
