Tax Senior - Generalist Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Tax Senior to join our team and provide generalist tax services to our clients. This role will require you to work closely with our clients, providing them with tax planning and compliance services. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a family environment and have a passion for helping clients manage their taxes.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review tax returns for individuals and businesses
Provide tax planning and consulting services to clients
Research and resolve tax issues for clients
Communicate with clients to provide tax advice and guidance
Assist in training and supervising junior tax staff
Assist with special projects as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in public accounting
Strong knowledge of C-Corp, S-Corp, Partnership Tax, and 1040 tax returns
Experience in tax planning and consulting
CPA or EA certification preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a team environment
