Position Overview The Commercial Re-roof Superintendent will oversee all aspects of commercial roofing projects, with a focus on re-roofing projects for government, military, and complex buildings. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience at a large scale and managing highly complex projects. 25-30 active projects with 10-15 crews with boots on the ground and be familiar with in federal government/military re-roofing projects
Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise all aspects of commercial re-roofing projects, from start to finish.
Inspect job sites and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
Communicate with clients and provide updates on project progress.
Order and track materials to ensure timely delivery and proper inventory management.
Train and mentor team members on proper installation techniques and safety protocols.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports and change orders.
Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets or exceeds industry standards.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in commercial roofing, with a focus on re-roofing projects.
Extensive knowledge of materials such as TPO, EPDM, PVC, and metal.
Experience working on government, military, and complex projects.
Must have experience with highly complex projects. 25-30 active projects with 10-15 crews
Ability to read and interpret project drawings and specifications.
Understanding of safety regulations and ability to enforce them on job sites.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Ability to travel to job sites as needed.
