Role Overview

As the Senior Clinical Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of clinical programs across MedBridge's Care products. This role blends strategic planning, clinical content development, and cross-functional collaboration to drive innovative solutions that enhance patient care. You will work closely with clinical consultants, product teams, marketing, and our client-facing teams to ensure the clinical programs meet the evolving needs of both patients and clinicians.

In this role you will:

  • Discovery and Program Expansion: Conduct client validation calls, clinician interviews, and literature reviews to validate market needs and identify initial product and content needs.
  • Clinical Program Planning: Define patient and clinician personas, clinical pathways, and success metrics for each program while ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Clinical Product Requirements: Partner with product and design teams to define new product feature requirements and prioritize clinical content development for MVPs.
  • Content Development and Validation: Lead the creation and validation of clinical content, collaborating with medical experts, and managing production logistics for media and education assets.
  • Content Writing Management: Oversee the writing, editing, and updating of patient education and clinical content, ensuring clarity, accessibility, and adherence to best practices.
  • Patient Outcomes and Monitoring: Define patient-reported outcomes, establish clinician intervention thresholds, and oversee progress tracking and reporting for clinical pathways.
  • User Research and Innovation: Conduct user testing on patient education content, identify new content opportunities, and collaborate with product and creative teams to drive innovation.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with commercial, go-to-market, implementation, and marketing teams to ensure successful launch, adoption, and continuous improvement of clinical programs.

What you will need to succeed:

  • 5+ years of clinical and/or professional experience
  • Demonstrated ownership of clinical program development where you owned outcomes of the program
  • Experience in health tech is a plus
  • Demonstrated abilities in clinical content development and health writing.
  • Proven ability to lead program discovery efforts, validate opportunities, and present recommendations to leadership.
  • Experience working cross-functionally across multiple departments.
  • Passion for patient engagement, exercise prescription best practices, and innovation in digital healthcare solutions.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple complex projects, while balancing clinical and business objectives.

Salary Range: $95k - 110k


At Medbridge, salary ranges are assigned to a job based on 3rd party salary benchmark surveys. Individual pay within this range is informed by the candidate's skills, capabilities and experience.
