What You Will Be Doing
Lead on estimate for ground up multifamily and commercial construction projects
Market to potential customers including national accounts, adjusters, end users, etc
Establish a network and vet qualified subcontractors for the various trades
Calls on prospects to provide an estimate for the rebuild of the structure after a loss
Reviews the project, determines the scope of work to be completed and prepares an estimate for the project
Reviews estimate and job scope with insurance representatives and the customer
What You Need for this Position
5+ years in Preconstruction Management roles in Multifamily Construction Projects or Commercial/Healthcare related projects
Podium/5-over-1 Project Experience would make you a strong applicant
Good Communication
