Our team is driven by innovation, and we are looking for a highly skilled CAD Designer to join us. If you are experienced in NX design software, with a strong focus on powertrain, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and modify 3D CAD models and assemblies using NX design software.
  • Design and develop gearboxes, gearing systems, and associated components for automotive and heavy-duty vehicle applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers and product managers, to ensure design specifications and performance requirements are met.
  • Work on aluminum structures and cast iron components for both lightweight and heavy-duty applications.
  • Perform tolerance analysis, stack-ups, and other detailed design tasks to ensure the accuracy and manufacturability of parts.
  • Ensure that all designs comply with relevant industry standards and company guidelines.
  • Assist with the preparation of technical documentation, including design reports, drawings, and material specifications.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience working with Siemens NX design software.
  • Strong understanding of shafts, bearings, gears, and structural members
  • Experience designing die castings, sand casting, stampings, and machined components, especially in automotive or heavy truck.
  • Knowledge of materials science, manufacturing processes, and structural analysis.
  • Familiarity with GD&T, tolerance analysis, and machining practices.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with FEA simulations and structural analysis.
  • Knowledge of powertrain systems and automotive applications.
  • Familiarity with casting and machining processes for aluminum and cast-iron components.
  • Experience in prototype development and testing.
  • Any additional skillset will be considered
